2008-Present, Executive Advisor at CfL - Danish Centre for Leadership where the "Balanced Leadership" product is being tailored to "Professionals without Personnel", i.e. partners, start-ups, executive project managers and key play makers
2005-2008, Founder and CEO of XiQ a/s, a consulting firm specializing in personal leadership development based on the concept of "Balanced Leadership"; sold in to CfL - Center for Leadership..
2000-2005, Founder and CEO of LogiLearn Inc., a strategic FKI Logistex initiative to bring e-Learning and collaboration to the material handling industry.
1996-2000, Senior IT Architect and founder of the Digital Foundation Lab; Merkantildata's Scandinavian Think Tank of Strategic Business- and IT Product Development.
1989-1996, Owner and president of WinTech, a Danish Microsoft Partner and new media development house.
As an IT visionary, entrepreneur and motivator, I have been a frequent speaker at IT conferences offered by fine companies such as IIR, IDG, DDF, IBC, Gartner, Advanstar, ITTC as well as Microsoft.
As a designer and writer, I have won several awards, authored numerous articles and published both non-fiction and fiction. The Internet thriller "Hockers" from 1998 was widely acclaimed for the "Kafkan paranoia universe". The latest project is Vaerdilamma, a highly successful business-to-business board game that requires you to make tough choices in challenging dilemmas.
